Abstract

This work aims to analyze one of the less developed aspects of the complaint motion in Chile, which consists in the admissibility of such motion before the Supreme Court against the Courts of Appeals' judges that decided another complaint motion, based on eventual faults and abuses committed by those judges in making that decision. As will be explained, there are different views on this issue, with arguments both in favor and against the admissibility of this motion under the above mentioned circumstances. However, in the last decade the Supreme Court has adopted a constant position rejecting that admissibility.
