La delación compensada desde una perspectiva penal

Resumen

La criminalización de la colusión implica que la delación compensada, como herramienta de enforcement del derecho de libre competencia, debe encontrar también una justificación en el ámbito penal. Acá se sostiene que esa justificación se vincula con los fines del derecho penal, asunción que tiene diversas consecuencias prácticas, algunas de las cuales se desarrollan en este trabajo.
