Abstract
The commentary synthesizes one of the most typical problems for the determination of the natural judge in the criminal process. In the accusatory model accepted in our country it must be differentiated between the investigation stage and the formal act of the accusation, as inferred of the article 264 letter a) of the Criminal Procedure Code, in relation with the article 157 of the Courts Organic Code.References
