Abstract
The present work focuses on the law Nº 20.720 about the Reorganization and Liquidation of assets of companies and persons. More specifically, it has the purpose of explaining and solving the apparently contradictory recursive system applicable to the Opposition Trial, in the procedural stage that takes place within the Initial Hearing. It also aims explain how the recourse resource of the article 124 would operate in terms of the 124th final subparagraph an of the reinstatement of article 125. Finally, it proposes how the appeal for the reinstatement of article 124 2) c) would work.References
