This commentary analyzes the majority vote of the Constitutional Court’s ruling on the bill that prescribes a guaranteed system for children’s rights. The sentence accepted two parliamentary recourses that challenged three controversial articles of the bill on the grounds of the State’s excessive interference in the family sphere, violation of parents’ right and preferential duty to educate their children, and freedom of education, among others.References
